Through this virtual seminar ICAE, in cooperation with DVV International, therefore wants to promote a debate and dialogue on selected articles from DVV International\u2019s journal\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dvv-international.de\/en\/adult-education-and-development\/\">Adult Education and Development<\/a>. This offers the chance to discuss the topics raised in the print issue in a virtual seminar and to go deeper and broaden the analysis. It creates a virtual space as an opportunity to share experiences from different regions and contexts, and to inspire new initiatives.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Experiences and good practices from around the globe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the latest issue of Adult Education and Development (AED), authors from all over the world discuss the many facets of \u201cinclusion and diversity\u201d. They write about their own identity, discuss the changes needed to create inclusive societies and adult education systems, and present concrete \u201cinclusive\u201d methods of adult education.<\/p>\n<p>Inclusion and diversity are two sides of the same coin. Inclusion can only succeed if we recognise our differences \u2013 our diversity \u2013 and use them constructively. But how can we prevent social exclusion and enable all people to participate in society? What contribution can adult education make? Which learning approaches, programmes and institutions are needed to create an inclusive (adult) education system? And what does \u201cinclusive\u201d teaching actually mean? Escriben sobre su propia identidad, discuten los cambios necesarios para crear sociedades inclusivas y sistemas de educaci\u00f3n de personas adultas, y presentan m\u00e9todos &#8220;inclusivos&#8221; concretos de educaci\u00f3n de personas adultas.<\/p>\n<p>La inclusi\u00f3n y la diversidad son dos caras de la misma moneda. La inclusi\u00f3n solo puede tener \u00e9xito si reconocemos nuestras diferencias &#8211; nuestra diversidad &#8211; y las usamos de forma constructiva. Pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos prevenir la exclusi\u00f3n social y permitir que todas las personas participen en la sociedad? \u00bfQu\u00e9 contribuci\u00f3n puede hacer la educaci\u00f3n de personas adultas? \u00bfQu\u00e9 enfoques, programas e instituciones de aprendizaje son necesarios para crear un sistema educativo (de personas adultas) inclusivo? \u00bfY qu\u00e9 significa realmente la ense\u00f1anza &#8220;inclusiva&#8221;?
